We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at B Tiger Shopping.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, installed, or assembled
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email info@btigershopping.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return authorization and instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned according to this policy after delivery.
Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer warranty should be reported to us with details of the issue. We will guide you through the manufacturer's warranty claim process.
